snowflakes-1089540-m

We’re all about being open to new things here at Berwyn Makers and we’re trying a new thing at this month’s meeting! We’ll be listening to a (short) podcast and then discussing it.

The topic of the podcast is Maintaining Motivation for your handcrafted business.

See you there! As always, we meet the second Thursday of the month:

February 12th, 7:30 pm at Unity Lutheran Church on 31st St. in Berwyn

There’s no charge and you’re welcome to bring a friend and a snack or a drink to share!

P.S. In March we’ll tackle taxes with help from a guest speaker.

Coming up: April – June 2013

We have a few upcoming events that we are very excited about!  Meetings are usually held the second Thursday of  the month from 7:30-9:30pm, but dates may sometimes vary so please check our events calendar.

All our monthly meetups are held at Studio 22 on Cermak Road in beautiful Berwyn, IL.  There is no cost to be a Berwyn Makers member but there is a $5 suggested donation per event to Studio 22 for their generous use of the space.  Members are strongly encouraged to bring snacks and drinks to share, and there is always a bottle of wine on hand!  (Hey, it gets the creative juices flowing!)

Here’s what’s happening April-June of 2013:
